I was very disappointed with my experience here. I took my car in for servicing and was told it would be ready around 5pm. I received a call that it was almost ready at 5:15pm, so I returned to the I took my car in for servicing and was told it would be ready around 5pm. I received a call that it was almost ready at 5:15pm, so I returned to the dealership. It wasn’t until nearly 6pm that my car was actually ready. As I was waiting I kept being told the car was nearly ready. I would have greatly preferred if the employees had been upfront with me about what time my car would be ready since I had needed to arrange for childcare while I waited. Additionally, the next day I noticed that the inspection sticker that was put on my car was incorrect so I ended up needing to come back to the dealership another day and wait an hour while it was resolved.
