You would expect that consummating the deal would be easy, but they don't take personal checks, they only allow you to charge $2,500 maximum for a d You would expect that consummating the deal would be easy, but they don't take personal checks, they only allow you to charge $2,500 maximum for a downpayment, they require you to make an appointment to sit with their finance person to sign all the papers, they didn't communicate that I had purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle to finance person, they didn't provide any paperwork or proof that I purchased a Certified Preowned Vehicle, they didn't provide a full tank of gas, they were going to have me come back to pick up a second key for the car - which would have entailed reprogramming both keys, they didn't search for an alternative way to provide a key at the time of delivery (I did). The dealership acted like it had a monopoly on used cars - and I would never go back to them for another car, for service, for anything. More
