Seems down to earth type of guy, telling things straight forward. This was my third visit at this location and so far no reason not to come back. I have been to Honda of Abington the last 3 days for low tire pressure, while I was there the first day I paid for a tire valve stem and tire rotation which cost me $225. When I got in my car the next day I tire pressure, while I was there the first day I paid for a tire valve stem and tire rotation which cost me $225. When I got in my car the next day I had the tire pressure light pop on again I then went back and they said that there was a nail in the tire and they plug it for free, now today when I got in my car to go to work the tire pressure light was in again, I went back and they wanted to charge me for a new tire. This is absolutely ridiculous. The tire should have been replaced two days ago not have a valve replaced then the whole tire. The manager never came out the office to talk to me when I requested to talk to him, and 2 employees told me I was over charged $180 for the valve replacement to begin with. I have bought two cars from this location and have all my services done here and the customer service I experienced was terrible today. Mind you my tire is not even fixed. At the end Steven did try to help me and was the only one to apologize for the inconvenience but again I wanted to talk to a manager and the other employees I was dealing with did not help. More
Extremely poor customer service. When I brought in my car, they directed me to go to the customer waiting area and a service representative would get my information. I waited four hours just to get state inspection done. I would have waited longer if I had not gone out to the shop to find out what was taking so long. The service representative assigned to my car never apologized for my inconvenience. On the whole, I guess they just don't care. More
Tim Murrell was a pleasure to deal with as he is very knowledgeable and a helpful salesman. Tim found us an Accord on the lot that day and we left with it.
