The service dept has some bumps in their process. The person at the payment desk had no indication that I paid online. I did not have an appointment, but went because was told earlier that when the wrench shows up on my dashboard I can just come in for oil change. Picked up after having my car repaired and realized something was wrong that was not present prior to bringing it in. Bought it back and got charged for the service. No communication from dealership, they did recall work without my approval. The tech working on my vehicle failed to install parts correct and caused other lights to come one which I had to bring to the s without my approval.
