Picked up after having my car repaired and realized something was wrong that was not present prior to bringing it in. Bought it back and got charged for the service. I did not have an appointment, but went because was told earlier that when the wrench shows up on my dashboard I can just come in for oil change. No communication from dealership, they did recall work without my approval. The tech working on my vehicle failed to install parts correct and caused other lights to come one which I had to bring to the s without my approval. Since I don't use the rear doors where the recall was worked on the rear sliders still don't work correctly, now I need to bring it back in for more service. Big inconvenience. More
