I’ve been coming to Sussman Honda for years because the service is excellent. The staff is friendly, competent and eager to help. Steve also has a great way of explaining the problem and solution. The service dept has some bumps in their process. The person at the payment desk had no indication that I paid online. I did not have an appointment, but went because was told earlier that when the wrench shows up on my dashboard I can just come in for oil change. Picked up after having my car repaired and realized something was wrong that was not present prior to bringing it in. Bought it back and got charged for the service. Got a second opinion from another Honda dealer and was told that it was most likely caused by the service performed. Starting to think this place scams its customers by creating other problems for you to come back. Ever since Rosenthal took over, it has gone down hill. More

No communication from dealership, they did recall work without my approval. The tech working on my vehicle failed to install parts correct and caused other lights to come one which I had to bring to the s without my approval. The vehicle had to be taken in another day to fix. Since I don't use the rear doors where the recall was worked on the rear sliders still don't work correctly, now I need to bring it back in for more service. Big inconvenience. More
