I’m being kind when I give both the dealership and salesman 2’s on their rating. I had difficulty in getting Tim to call me back a couple of days in a row to make sure I was getting the bank check mad salesman 2’s on their rating. I had difficulty in getting Tim to call me back a couple of days in a row to make sure I was getting the bank check made out for the correct amount. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment for the pick up of my vehicle(3pm on Memorial Day) and was greeted by Tim on time. I asked to see my vehicle and Tim escorted me to the vehicle and then we sat in the vehicle for no more than 15minutes during which time Tim did a minimal job on explaining the different features my car is equipped with. He told me I could view videos on the Honda Link App that would explain the features and how I could customize the settings. I have the app but I haven’t located any videos to watch. Following a quick introduction to my car we proceeded to return into the dealership to wait to sign all of the paperwork. I was taken back when the financial officer asked me to sign the paperwork which had the bottom line of my purchase for approximately $10,000 over what I had agreed to pay. Thankfully I had the e-mail receipt for my original agreement with me. It took another 15 minutes for the paperwork to be corrected. I finally got out of Honda of Abington 2 hours and 45mins after I arrived. Later on I noticed there was still a plastic covering over the carpet under my floor mats, a sticker on the back hatch…all things that were for transport but were probably supposed to be removed before delivery? No I don’t think I’ll be going back to Honda of Abington anytime soon! Thank goodness I love my Sport Touring CRV Hybrid😁 More
