Jeff was the person who explains everything you're signing while ur buying, and I'm a question person, and he was so thorough that I did not have one question when everything was said and done! I will not buy from another dealer ever, those people were truly amazing! I will refer everyone I know to them! A+ service! Amazing! More

In one trip to the Honda World "Big Lot", working with Mr. Brinley, I purchased a used Honda CRV, which I am thrilled with. The price was excellent, especially for a one owner vehicle. This is our second Honda from Sam Swope. After the sale, complications came up with my not having received a title (from a different dealer) on my trade in, and with transferring a specialty license plate to the CRV. In both situations, Mr. Brinley spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone and then "bird-dogging" the issues for me until they were resolved. It's a true customer relations professional who will spend as much time working with you after a sale as before the sale! All of my contacts with Sam Swope Honda World staff have been good, and this experience was exceptional. More
