Fantastic customer service from my sales consultant It's been a while since I purchased a vehicle. I paid a visit to the dealership and the first person I saw was Johnny on the spot Andre Uchitel. H It's been a while since I purchased a vehicle. I paid a visit to the dealership and the first person I saw was Johnny on the spot Andre Uchitel. He was kind, he was professional, and very knowledgeable. I ask him several questions concerning the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was a 2012 CRV black. He answer all my questions. He also took me into his care. After that he answer questions that I didn't even think about. He took me to see the car I was interested in and then he let me test drive the CRV. Of course I love it. He made my experience stress free, fun and it made my decision easy. On the day I decided to purchase the vehicle he even came by and pick me up and took me to the dealership. All I want to say is he gave me first rate 5 Star service. I would recommend Mr Uchitel to all and anyone looking to purchase a vehicle of any kind. Thanks Andre More

Very comfortable with my car purchase I went to several different dealerships and was not happy with the experiences. On my 2nd visit to Sam Swope I met with Mark Dutton. I didn't feel rus I went to several different dealerships and was not happy with the experiences. On my 2nd visit to Sam Swope I met with Mark Dutton. I didn't feel rushed and he took the time to explain the Precertified program. He kept in touch and found the perfect car for me. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone looking for a car. More
