He was kind, he was professional, and very knowledgeable. I ask him several questions concerning the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was a 2012 CRV black. He answer all my questions. He also took me into his care. After that he answer questions that I didn't even think about. He took me to see the car I was interested in and then he let me test drive the CRV. Of course I love it. He made my experience stress free, fun and it made my decision easy. On the day I decided to purchase the vehicle he even came by and pick me up and took me to the dealership.
