Bravo Sam Swope and Ryan Anderson Thank you Swope and Ryan. I am very happy with my new CR-V. At this point I can't imagine owning any other car besides a Honda from Sam Swope in the Thank you Swope and Ryan. I am very happy with my new CR-V. At this point I can't imagine owning any other car besides a Honda from Sam Swope in the future. Although, I know I will get a long life out of my new CR-V. It is a solid car with a pleasant ride. Thank you Ryan Anderson for taking me out to test drive the CR-V. I've owned mini-vans for the last twenty years so I really needed that excellent test drive and info session with you to help me understand why the CR-V was the perfect car for me at this juncture in my life. I'm certainly hooked now! Earlier today I was telling my 21 year old daughter that I think the CR-V would be the perfect vehicle for her when she trades in her BMW in the spring. She likes my Honda so much that she agreed and said she could envision my future grandchildren riding in the back of her CR-V! Thanks again RyAn for being so helpful and thank you to the wonderful gentlemen whose name escapes me, but who helped us finish the sale on the day I picked up my car. He has a great personality and I really liked him. I wish I could remember his name. He wears hats often I do believe and his desk is very close to the service center waiting room. Such a nice guy! On the other hand, my experience with the service department was not five-star. They were considerably less transparent with their services. No one was willing to tell me what was included in the 121-point inspection, and they didn't bother to fill up my gas tank before handing the car over to me. It was less than a quarter full. ***Make sure to request a full tank or else they will not give it.*** Kevin from finance and Selina from the service department made the positive part of my experience more positive as well.
