On the other hand, my experience with the service department was not five-star. They were considerably less transparent with their services. No one was willing to tell me what was included in the 121-point inspection, and they didn't bother to fill up my gas tank before handing the car over to me. It was less than a quarter full. ***Make sure to request a full tank or else they will not give it.*** Kevin from finance and Selina from the service department made the positive part of my experience more positive as well.
