First vehicle was in the shop for 5 months before they called it a complete loss. We felt that we got sold a lemon and the dealership knew it. Next vehicle we only had for 2 months before some one T-boned us at an intersection. My wife was dreading the process of buying another car with all the shady dealings we have experienced at the last dealership and then losing the car the way we did. Right off the bat Nick made my wife feel at ease, he did not pressure us to a certain trim or style of care. He also didn't try to have us add on packages that we did not need. This has been the best car buying experience that we have ever had. More

They get you what you want. My wife Marcia and I wanted to downsize from 2 cars to one. We dealt with Nick Woodson and he helped us chose the right trim level on our new 2015 CR- My wife Marcia and I wanted to downsize from 2 cars to one. We dealt with Nick Woodson and he helped us chose the right trim level on our new 2015 CR-V to fit our budget. We picked the LX trim level in Kona Coffee They didn't have it in stock and it would take too long to order one so Nick Woodson came to the rescue and found us the model we wanted in the color we wanted at a Honda dealer in Cincinnati. Nick had it brought to Sam Swope Honda World and all the dealer options were added for us. The car is beautiful and drives great. We also attended the Honda Owners Workshop that was a great experience! They showed us the basic features on Honda cars. We learned the importance of using the correct oil and how to make sure replacement tires and wiper blades meet Honda standards. This is the 3rd Honda we have purchased at Swope Honda World since 1997. No pressure and they really just want to make you happy.
