Wonderful experience with Ryan Anderson My wife and I moved to Louisville a handful of years ago after serving our country in DC. Since that time, I have bought two cars from Ryan (one was a Honda, the other was a BMW). Now that I work in the retail industry for one of the largest corporations in the U.S., I see the immense professionalism and social skills Ryan has been blessed with. He is unassuming. He is kind. He is willing to bend over backwards for you. Furthermore, he is a man of integrity and truth. I did not know who Ryan was until I met him at the dealership. This was in God's providence. Within short time, we both realized our common faith--faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. That is not to say that he would have treated me differently if I had not been a fellow brother in Christ. In fact, I have heard from several other people (non-Christians) that they have had the same shopping experience with Ryan. Let me give you some examples of what I experienced with Ryan: I tend to be a perfectionist in all things (I blame the military for this). Though I took a long time looking over the vehicles and asking him a million questions, he remained patient with me through the end. Another example, before I bought the BMW, I was about to buy a 2012 Honda Accord. The reason I went with the BMW is because Ryan found a defect with the car seconds before I signed all the paperwork. This was something nobody had known about. Ryan could have easily just let me buy the car to "close the sale" but he did not. He let me know right away and I walked away. Because of this, I trusted him even more and shortly afterwards bought my dream car through him (a BMW, of course). As long as he works for Sam Swope, I will not go through any other salesman. Ryan will always be my go-to guy. As a side note, I have seen some of the other salesmen that work at the dealership and I can honestly say that they should probably learn a thing or two from Ryan (I do not mean this disrespectfully but rather to help your business). Specifically, they should be more adept at being cognizant of their surroundings and not just sit at a desk and wait for the "next sale" to come through the door. Ryan intentionally goes against the stereotypical salesman persona by being personable, sharp, and caring about his customers--not just out to get a sale. More

Wonderful Experience I went to Sam Swope Honda World after I purchased a used vehicle from another lot within the Sam Swope group. The vehicle had many many problems and after many attempts at a resolution with that dealership, we were at an impasse. My father had recently purchased a new CRV from Sam Swope Honda World and had an excellent experience with his salesman, Nick Woodson, so he suggested I talk to him. Best decision I could've made! He answered all of my questions about trading in the used car, even though some of it was painful to hear, and promised to help in any way he could. He spent a lot of time talking to me and researching other options (on his own time) that would best suit my financial situation. He then surprised me with the idea of leasing a new 2015 Honda Civic! I'd never leased a vehicle before but after Nick explained to me, in great detail, the fantastic leasing options offered there; we came to the conclusion that leasing was the best option for me. I am now driving around in a gorgeous new 2015 Civic and could not be happier!!! In addition, my annual insurance premium was also REDUCED by $100.00 because of the safety ratings of the Civic!! WIN WIN!! The used car nightmare is finally over!! I cannot say enough about the positive experience I had with Nick Woodson and the rest of the staff at Sam Swope Honda World!!
