After purchasing, found car was not equipped as represented. We were first left a voicemail quoting the price $3000 lower than what the price was. Our salesman admitted this, so we could understand that happen We were first left a voicemail quoting the price $3000 lower than what the price was. Our salesman admitted this, so we could understand that happening. He told us about several features we would enjoy, talked about how to set them up and operate them. When the lady went over the car with us after we paid for it, I asked her to load my garage opener. There was none. She called salesman and he reached in to where it should have been and then admitted there was none. When we got the car home, I was going to set seat positions; car was not equipped. I was excited to begin uploading my CDs, he had explained how to do it, but car not equipped. We got an email asking us to do this survey, so I emailed him back about these things. After getting no response to my email, we visited him at dealership. He never admitted being wrong. He said we forgot, got confused with other cars (we never even looked at but one car), or that he was just talking about other cars. There were two of us very excited people buying this new car who both remembered alike. I am very frustrated and disappointed, not with my car, with that salesman. More

Scott Wood, who sold me my last CRv (from another dealership) is such a blessing to work with. When I started the process of looking for a new car, I searched out SCOTT. Dale called and alleviated all my concerns, Thanks I took my 2013 Honda Accord with 61,000 miles in to get the front brakes checked as I occasionally would hear a very light, minor chirping noise. The I took my 2013 Honda Accord with 61,000 miles in to get the front brakes checked as I occasionally would hear a very light, minor chirping noise. The brakes were fine they said but the small brake retainer clip had slipped slightly from it's normal position. So they replaced the clips - $129 for such a simple easy job. I could have gotten a complete front wheel brake job for $50 more, but no they said I didn't yet need front brakes. Instead, I feel like I got almost nothing for 2 hours wait and $129.61. My received written yellow copy "Estimate for Repair" was much cheaper I would appreciate part of today's charge counting toward a brake job in the future. Is that a possibility Honda World of Louisville? Thank You. Dave W. More
