They truly go beyond in making you feel important and valued. Everyone is polite and smiles, even those who are passing by will nod head. I only became acquainted with Hibdas 2 years ago---but I will never buy anything but Honda again---not only because they have great cars--but their customer service goes beyond. Never in 20 years combined of owning Fords --did I ever experience a tenth of the attention, service and positive attitude that I have received in 2 years from Honda. Just a simple oil change I am treated great. And it's not just me--I watch/hear how they interact with all the customers waiting to have cars serviced. William Bradley went above during my service oil change and Lewis Ray took me on test drive for new 2016 and he was awesome. More

The Service Center representative, Mick Harris, did an extraordinary job. He was patient and understanding as I described the performance of my car, which had prompted my visit to the Service Center. He told me what the service crew would do initially and, once the problem had been identified, he guided me through the options and estimated costs of the repairs. He was very professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable in his assessment of the repair issues. At each critical stage of the repair process, he informed me quickly and accurately. He treated me with the utmost respect and understanding throughout the repair process. I commend Mick and the repair technicians for outstanding work and suggest that any Honda owners consider Honda World for their repair and maintenance needs. More
