I was not there to buy a far. I was there for a simple oil change. Customer service great! But the tech got in my car with dirty shoes and left shoe prints on my rug. Probably oil. Honda Windward is the best we called Travis about a van they might have for sale first thing in the morning. He found out they had just got one on the lot we drove from Kalihi as soon as we could and Travi they might have for sale first thing in the morning. He found out they had just got one on the lot we drove from Kalihi as soon as we could and Travis made our dreams come true a beautiful Honda Odyssey EX was there to test drive and purchase. Not only did he hook us up with this new van he had someone from Liberty Mutual give us a quote on insurance that surpassed our former coverage. He exceeded such great customer service to both my husband and I we will be forever great full to him and the great team behind him at Honda Windward my new family of the best car care on the island. When I first bought the car, a new 2019 Honda Civic, the staff spent a lot of time with me, patiently going over all of the features and setting them up to my preferences. They were the first dealership I staff spent a lot of time with me, patiently going over all of the features and setting them up to my preferences. They were the first dealership I ever met who were so capable, friendly, and non-pushy! A friend who used them recommended them to me, and as long a I am able, I will continue to use them. They also give excellent, careful maintenance service, and my friend recommended them over Pacific Honda. They have a nice waiting room, and though I have not used it, they will take clients to the shopping center while the car is being serviced. Over the phone, the maintenance staff have been courteous and helpful with my questions. They even send anniversary cards and emails! I am proud to wear their sign on my car in support of their fine work. With such quality work and friendly service, they are a definite asset to our community. More
