Dalton, the Service Manager, has been with them for a long time, and it’s easy to see why: he’s simply the best. He’s incredibly patient, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about his customers. He always takes the time to make sure my dad fully understands what’s needed before leaving. I recently came home to Hawai‘i to visit my dad (I come every couple of months), and during this trip, we took his car in to have the A/C fixed. I had heard so much about “Dalton” over the years, and this time I finally got to meet him in person—and he lived up to every word of praise! We also had a great experience with T, our shuttle driver. He drove safely, played awesome Hawaiian music, and chatted with my dad the entire ride—such a nice guy. The lady who picked us up later was just as friendly and helpful. Both made us feel so comfortable and well cared for.
