SOPHIA brought me to a boiling point today, after I specifically asked to NOT speak with her. She only aggravated and escalated the issue with her condescending and disrespectful tone of voice. She was also rude and anything but helpful on my last visit, but I failed to receive a survey, which I believe was intended. She showed me no compassion, empathy or kindness when I advised I may be late for my appointment due to a family emergency. And then when I was DOUBLE CHARGED for my service today, she continued to taunt me after I asked to speak directly with a Manager to resolve the issue. I would like to extend my apologies to Robert for taking my anger and frustration out on him, he was nothing but patient, kind, and professional even though his efforts to reverse the transaction were unsuccessful. Please be advised if there is an error when making a payment, ask to have the payment refunded instead of voided, to avoid being double charged like I was. And if you see Sophia, remind her to be kind, because you never know what someone is going through. More
