Bo the salesman was wonderful…10/10… The manager/ finance ( 4 individuals) was absolutely the worst …..waited hours two different days w/o contact. I’ve always liked their service department with taking care of my CRV. I bought a new car yesterday and I found Kevin Asahara very helpful with going through the process. Today he was ver patient with ans care of my CRV. I bought a new car yesterday and I found Kevin Asahara very helpful with going through the process. Today he was ver patient with answering all my questions and showing me how to program the various steps to operating this hybrid with all the buttons and gadgets. This will be learning process but I’m open to it now more than I did before I started this. More
