We appreciate your business and want to review all of your documents with you so you completely understand the agreement. Based on the information in your loan, you received a lower rate of 2.55% and not 2.99%. This is lower than what was originally quoted prior to bank approval. Your loan was approved with the lender prior to you signing you documents. You never had to resign for a higher rate, so I am confused by your statements. The total amount you may be referring to is the total of payments, which would include all taxes, dealer fees and interest paid throughout the loan. I personally would like to discuss these concerns and to make sure you are happy with your loan, which is a very reasonable rate. Honda West does not scam our customers and provide loans that customers qualify for. Banks are very simple to work with and rates are based on the vehicle and customer credit history. We cannot provide a loan for a lot higher than the lender approves it for. Please contact me at your earliest convenience so we can give you the information needed.
