Dead Battery we're out town for 30 days, When we came back, my Honda Pilot got dead battery, I call Triple A, for assistance, he got the battery work, advise me ru we're out town for 30 days, When we came back, my Honda Pilot got dead battery, I call Triple A, for assistance, he got the battery work, advise me run the pilot for at least 30 minutes, then park the pilot, start it again, battery dead again, So I call the triple A again for 2nd time, He told me I got bad core, he told me take your pilot Honda dealer, I call Honda West, Service dept, lady answer, bring your car go to No appointment line, Here come Mr Ken Franchek, approach nice and I explain everything, Mr ken Franchek told me, He will do everything to get my pilot in A-1 condition, "Bravo Zulu" Mr Ken your the BEST. Thank for the recall 15-045 , replacing the battery and washing the car. If you have employee of the month, I will recommend Mr Ken Franchek More
