Great Customer Service Was just in a few days ago for oil change service. I asked for my favorite service advisor Karla. Had a bad experience, good employees worked hard to fix it We put down a $4,500 down payment on a used car, and were instructed to bring our trade-in back in 2 days, when the salesman (Shubau Wong) would be wo We put down a $4,500 down payment on a used car, and were instructed to bring our trade-in back in 2 days, when the salesman (Shubau Wong) would be working next, so we could finalize the deal and Mr. Wong could earn his commission. In the interim, the finance manager (Armen) added a $2,000 warranty to the price without asking us, so I called and sorted that, feeling extremely frustrated already. On our way in to the dealership on the day we were supposed to close, Shubau Wong called and informed us that they had SOLD OUR CAR to another customer, and that we only had a casual contract. I was shocked, but he didn't seem bothered at all, saying we should come test drive other cars (would you?). Updated: The dealership made amends and had an equivalent car shipped in for us for the same price. The Sales manager (Chris Baum) and our salesman (Shubau Wang) were very apologetic and did the best they could to remedy the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, and it means a lot when people admit and correct them. More
