Service Review I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. I walked in at 7:30 for my appointment because my Honda's B1 service engine notification appeared. Service advisor Shaun Galicinao was happy to help. A B1 notification means that the tires must be rotated and that I needed an oil change. I explained to Shaun that merely 3 months ago I replaced my tires, so I didn't need my tires to be rotated. Instead of being pushy as many other workers I encountered were, he accepted my request and followed through with only the oil change. He was quite amenable and prompt with his services. I recommend him to anyone requiring assistance from Honda West. When I return in the future, I will request for Shaun for his great customer service and quality of work! More
