My only negative thing to say at all was the price offered/given on my trade-in: a 2012 Honda CRV (57,000 miles), that ironically was purchased at Honda West. Blue Book value for AVERAGE trade in was around $10,500. Honda West only offered $7,500 which was ridiculous. Finally after about 30 - 45 minutes of haggling Honda west offered me $8.500. I actually received a trade-in offer of $11,000 from Hyundai a month prior to. you guys almost lost an easy sale...and I have excellent credit because of low trade-in offer. More
