Time for an oil change It was time to get the oil changed, and we got something in the mail for $39.95 for a limited time. Turns out, that is the regular price! Ha! Now we are still getting more of those offers in the mail, funny. Anyway, they looked over all the things we hadn't done and decided which services we should get, and just had it all done. No issues. We have had the Honda Fit since 2009 and mostly we have just done the usual maintenance on it. In the desert here in Las Vegas, the heat tends to destroy your battery sooner, and the first time we had to replace it, they did it without charging us. Summer heat just has its effect on car batteries, no way around that. Service is always professional. More

"Responsive Teamwork" Conrad was there to open the door when I arrived at the dealership. He directed me to the car I was interested in and answered all of my questions. I appreciated that it was not a high pressure sales tactic. The transaction of buying a new car was pretty straight forward and a lot of time wasn't wasted through haggling. I had reasonable expectations and they were met. Conrad took the time to guide me through the instrument panel of my Honda Civic and displayed a patient demeanor in doing so. Of course, tires and rims were expensive as they were factory parts, but thought that dealership would do good job and I have an extensive history with this dealership with no problems (except high prices). The service rep also recommended alignment. Seemed reasonable. Dropped off car on Tuesday afternoon and picked up late on Wednesday afternoon. Service rep said was noise when going over bumps and problem with suspension, assuming it was there before. It was NOT and suspension was replaced recently. Problem is actually when I make a turn. So obviously problem with tire and rim install. Also, car was not aligned. Clear pulls to the left. Disappointed by poor service. More
