Had a great experience this time with the service department. My car needed an oil change, new tires, alignment, and more. I knew it would take a while to get everything done and I live quite a ways department. My car needed an oil change, new tires, alignment, and more. My car was done an hour ahead of time and he was spot on for the cost. I really appreciated his hard work and honesty. More

I posted complaint on facebook and they replied,sorry for bad experience and Josh will contact you.. well, 3 weeks and no states he can not help me. Purchased new 2019CRV Touring. Vibration is steering wheel at 5,000 miles. Short story, tires bad and not covered under warranty. Car is UNSAFE to drive due to vibration in steering wheel and tires. I would NEVER recommend Honda Morristown to anyone. My dream car is now my nightmare. If you buy a bad gallon of Mayfield milk, do you take it back to the store you purchased it from or Mayfield?? Honda Morristown is HORRIBLE. I should have went to Johnson City or Knoxville. I should've known what was in store, due to the sales. Clint was a great sales person, until I signed the papers. I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot. I thought I purchased at the internet prices and was also received a good trade in. When I found out that I did not receive the Internet price, because the instructions wer the internet prices and was also received a good trade in. When I found out that I did not receive the Internet price, because the instructions were hidden in other parts of the web side, Rusty said he will correct it, he then lowed my trae in value to make up the difference, stating it had faults. Lied to about price Bought a new 2019 Civic touring. Vehicle was listed on Morristown Honda's website for $25,853 and of course the salesman Trace acted as if he simply Bought a new 2019 Civic touring. Vehicle was listed on Morristown Honda's website for $25,853 and of course the salesman Trace acted as if he simply could not believe that. This car was listed at this sale price since May 2019 and I purchased it in November 2019. The MSRP is $27,770. That's a price difference of $1,917. Of course typical dealership games of never honoring the price that the vehicle is listed at. This was my first and last car purchase at this dealership. Why is it so hard for a dealership to honor a listed sale price? That's all I ask, give me the price the vehicle is advertised for. More
