Had a great experience this time with the service department. My car needed an oil change, new tires, alignment, and more. I knew it would take a while to get everything done and I live quite a ways department. My car needed an oil change, new tires, alignment, and more. I knew it would take a while to get everything done and I live quite a ways away. Todd gave me an estimate for services and a time frame. He went above and beyond regarding both. My car was done an hour ahead of time and he was spot on for the cost. I really appreciated his hard work and honesty. More

I posted complaint on facebook and they replied,sorry for bad experience and Josh will contact you.. well, 3 weeks and no states he can not help me. Purchased new 2019CRV Touring. Vibration is steering wheel at 5,000 miles. Short story, tires bad and not covered under warranty. Car is UNSAFE to drive due to vibration in steering wheel and tires. JOSH states not Honda issue. 5 visits, service charges, alignment fees, new wheel bearings & 18,000 miles later to find out Morristown will not help, not their issue. I would NEVER recommend Honda Morristown to anyone. My dream car is now my nightmare. If you buy a bad gallon of Mayfield milk, do you take it back to the store you purchased it from or Mayfield?? Honda Morristown is HORRIBLE. I should have went to Johnson City or Knoxville. I should've known what was in store, due to the sales. Clint was a great sales person, until I signed the papers. I purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot. I thought I purchased at the internet prices and was also received a good trade in. When I found out that I did not receive the Internet price, because the instructions wer the internet prices and was also received a good trade in. When I found out that I did not receive the Internet price, because the instructions were hidden in other parts of the web side, Rusty said he will correct it, he then lowed my trae in value to make up the difference, stating it had faults. Funny it didn't have faults on the first inspection of the car. When I took the issue with Steve, he he stated (via msg) he will check with Rusty and then get back to me. Well he never did More
