I came to the dealership a week ago and spoke in person with Josh. I was assured I would get a “partial refund” instead of a full refund for unused services. (I have not received that refund yet.). Not really satisfied with that response but it appears to be all that Morristown Honda will do. The original event should never have occurred and my original feedback regarding integrity remains appropriate regardless of whether or not any “partial refund” is received.
