This car was listed at this sale price since May 2019 and I purchased it in November 2019. The MSRP is $27,770. That's a price difference of $1,917. Of course typical dealership games of never honoring the price that the vehicle is listed at. This was my first and last car purchase at this dealership. Why is it so hard for a dealership to honor a listed sale price? That's all I ask, give me the price the vehicle is advertised for. More

We’ve had problems from the start... promises being made and broken, problems with our tags and paperwork, the list goes on. I had the worst customer service experience ever there at the service department. I was spoken down to and dismissed because I am a female. A grown man rolled his eyes at me and I was deliberately taunted by a service staff member. I am calling Honda cooperate first thing in the morning. We have only used two of our free oil changes and I will never set foot on that lot again. Women- beware. Do yourself a favor and drive to knoxville if you’re in the market for a Honda. We bought our previous one in knox and never had any problems. The only positive experience I can say we’ve had in Morristown was our salesman, Dimitrius. He was wonderful. More
