Worst customer service around We bought our 2019 Pilot at Honda Morristown last fall. We’ve had problems from the start... promises being made and broken, problems with our tags and paperwork, the list goes on. I had the worst customer service experience ever there at the service department. I was spoken down to and dismissed because I am a female. A grown man rolled his eyes at me and I was deliberately taunted by a service staff member. I am calling Honda cooperate first thing in the morning. We have only used two of our free oil changes and I will never set foot on that lot again. Women- beware. Do yourself a favor and drive to knoxville if you’re in the market for a Honda. We bought our previous one in knox and never had any problems. The only positive experience I can say we’ve had in Morristown was our salesman, Dimitrius. He was wonderful. More
