Ellen, the lady I made the appointment with was busy, but Derrick Manning helped me out. He was great. The only thing I would 'complain' about is how LONG it took to get the paperwork done and me on my way. But I've never bought any car from any dealership before so I don't really have a frame of reference. I love my car; Derrick was GREAT, and I can see myself doing business with him again in the future. More

Jimmy made car buying easy. Worth the hour and 1/2 drive. Visited 3 other dealerships and were lied to at all of them. They quoted us a pilot and when we arrived we found out it was for a CRV. One place quoted us a 4 wheel drive and when we arrived found out it was a 2 wheel drive. One place said they had the vehicle we wanted and when we arrived it was gone so they offered us a 2014 pilot with 2000 miles and a huge scratch for the same price as a new 2015. Jimmy at Morristown gave us exactly what we wanted, at a great price. Everyone was honest and sincere. We were treated exactly how a buyer should be treated. We will be referring Jimmy at Morristown to all our friends. Morristown Honda is the only place to buy a car in the greater Knoxville area. We will definitely be returning when it come time to replace our other car. More
