Found the SUV I've been wanting Found my SRX online, left my info on Honda Morristown's website and was contacted less than an hour later by Todd Walker of HM. Todd answered most o Found my SRX online, left my info on Honda Morristown's website and was contacted less than an hour later by Todd Walker of HM. Todd answered most of my questions and set up an appt for me for that afternoon. I live an hour away. When I arrived, I was greeted very nicely by several employees. A saleman, Jimmy, had my CARFAX printed for me. I drove the SRX. When I returned to HM, I was greeted by another salemans, Jimmy Clark. He was very professional, friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about the SRX. He answered a lot of questions for me. Jimmy C was an excellent customer service rep of this company. It was late and HM was busy. Jimmy made me feel like I was the only customer there, and I was NOT. Then I went into an office with another man to do all the paperwork. I cannot rememeber his name but he was very nice and professional also. After the signatures, Jimmy C took me out to my SUV. It was pretty shiny and clean and a full tank of gas. Jimmy showed me a lot of features on my SRX that I was not familar with. He is really good at his job. I finally found what I had been looking for and drove my SRX home that night. HAPPY. Two days later I talked with Steven Brooks, in the business dept. He was very nice and enjoyable to talk with. Thank You to all the HM employees that helped me with this. I love my SRX. More
