Just Bought Car #6 from Honda of Morristown (Accord EX-L) I have been doing business with this dealership for over 20 years and never had a bad experience. My last purchase was over 3 years ago and since then, this dealership has new ownership, underwent a facelift and brought onboard several new people. For this deal I worked with three new faces: Rodney worked my deal, AJ introduced me to new features and options and Matt smoothed out the financing. If you're a Honda fan such as myself, there is no better place in East Tennessee to buy; I know because I've talked with just about all of them in the greater Knoxville area. So, if you are in the market, don't close any deal without going here first. Go see Rodney and take a new Honda for a test drive....you won't be disappointed. The only thing I would 'complain' about is how LONG it took to get the paperwork done and me on my way. But I've never bought any car from any dealership before so I don't really have a frame of reference. Jimmy made car buying easy. Worth the hour and 1/2 drive. Visited 3 other dealerships and were lied to at all of them. They quoted us a pilot and when we arrived we found out it was for a CRV. One place quoted us a 4 wheel drive and when we arrived found out it was a 2 wheel drive. One place said they had the vehicle we wanted and when we arrived it was gone so they offered us a 2014 pilot with 2000 miles and a huge scratch for the same price as a new 2015. Jimmy at Morristown gave us exactly what we wanted, at a great price. Everyone was honest and sincere. We were treated exactly how a buyer should be treated. We will be referring Jimmy at Morristown to all our friends. Morristown Honda is the only place to buy a car in the greater Knoxville area. We will definitely be returning when it come time to replace our other car. More
