Excellent buying experience! Honda Morristown's customer service is exemplary. Rodney initially greeted us. Birdie, our sales associate, was courteous and thoughtful. Todd gave us a wonderful and lengthy test drive. Jimmy, the sales manager, never made us feel pressured or uncomfortable and treated us with respect. We easily negotiated a price to our mutual satisfaction. All information was clearly presented. Our technical questions were fully answered by Darryl Setsor in Service. Darryl was my trusted and knowledgeable service advisor on a 2008 Element. Every employee is very eager to help enhance the very positive buying experience. Since then I have traded vehicles three times and each time was extremely pleasant. I was given Honda Morristown as a reference from a friend after expressing great dissatisfaction with about every Honda dealer I had looked at in the Knoxville area. What I found in Morristown was an extremely friendly, helpful, courteous, professional staff. The employees have gone beyond mere customer service and at times have gone the extra mile to help. They have changed a few personnel over the years, but the wonderful environment has never gone away. I've had all my maintenance done at their shop with no glitches and no problems at any point. I've recommended this dealer to several people through the years. More

1st time buying a car. Great experience and deal! I have actually been working with them for about 3 months we went to schedule an appointment for my moms 2006 Accord for the air bag recall. I looked I have actually been working with them for about 3 months we went to schedule an appointment for my moms 2006 Accord for the air bag recall. I looked at the new models in August and that's when I met Rusty. He showed me a 2015 Accord coupe and took down my number to call if he got anything in a different color. And he called to check and see if I had found anything once a month. I hadn't until Wednesday November 11th he called to tell me he had just had a trade in. It was great because I was coming to the dealership the next day to have the air bags replaced. So we got there and looked at the car a 2015 Accord EX-L coupe Red with black leather. We did some figures and I thought about it that night then the next day Rusty had it cleaned, filled up and ready to go we did some paper work with him then on to finances with Greg we finalized things with him. He was awesome. Once we were done with him we were off. The first time I have bought a car from a Dealership and it was a great experience and I will always go there for all my car needs! Rusty was the greatest and coolest salesman ever, easy to work with and best attitude so thank you so much!! The entire service department is great too! Thank you to everyone who made this so easy!
