BEWARE!!! LIARS!! 2007 Nissan Murano First contact via internet. I was then inundated with 8 phones call (left no messages) and several emails..one with a video from Ru 2007 Nissan Murano First contact via internet. I was then inundated with 8 phones call (left no messages) and several emails..one with a video from Rusty Shehee in just 2 days. Very rude and irritating, hardly anyone answer calls from unknown numbers. I called and spoke with Joe and made an appt. the next day (2 days before Christmas). When I arrived 15 min early my friend and I had to wait and then Joe acted like he had no clue that I had an appt or who I was. I had just spoke with him that morning. Joe passed me off to Clint Hawk. We test drove and my friend and I took it to my mechanic. The problems were the CVT transmission which my mechanic also showed that there was an extended warranty because of the issues Nissan has with the CVT. Nissan will replace the CVT at NO COST to Honda Morristown or myself. There was also bad brakes and rotors, muffler needed replacing, oil filter gasket leaking and the radiator was leaking. Clint then introduced me to Steven and I showed him the list and explained the transmission and it's warranty. Steven even offered for my mechanic to do the transmission which he declined because it has to be done by Nissan. We all agreed that Honda was to send the car over to Nissan (down the street from them) and then my mechanic was doing all the other repairs. They said they should have the car to Nissan by saturday (because of Christmas) and Clint was going to call me and let me know. I asked if there was anything else that they needed from me and they all said no. So for the next 3 weeks I kept in constant contact with Clint calling him every week for progress reports. He told me how they were waiting on parts and that they were still working on it etc. Monday Jan 11,2016 I called spk with Kelly and she said Clint was with a customer and could she help. I explained I was checking on the Murano, put me on hold and came back and said that IT HAD BEEN SOLD WEEKS AGO!!! I said that was impossible and explained the whole story. She said that she had to find out what was going on and would call me back. No returned phone call. Tues Jan 12, 2016 called spk with Kelly and she stated that she had been left with the impression that someone else was suppose to have called me and then transferred me to Jimmy. Jimmy then tried to tell me that they don't send cars off for repairs and that they don't hold cars without a deposit. I then told him the whole story and I knew what they had done... they had the transmission repaired by Nissan and then sold it at a higher price when IT HAD COST THEM NOTHING!! There was silence from Jimmy. I then said that what they had done to me was awful and that I was going to let everyone know. He then asked if he could get me another Murano for the same price and he promised that he would call me back the very next day. Well you guessed it.. no one has called. I have been without a car for 3 weeks waiting on this Murano. The car was priced at 7499.00 and no I can NOT afford much and my car had died. So yes I needed a good deal. This car had been sitting in their back lot and they had not even cleaned it. So these people took the info that my legitimate hard working mechanic (best there is and doesn't gouge people on repairs) gave and used it for their own greedy selves. So beware if you ever decide to go there. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM EVER!! More

Our salesman Robert Petrone, was great - helpful, but not pushy. His easy-to-talk-to manner is pleasant and refreshing. Jimmy Clark took care of our paperwork and was fantastic. Finally, Mr.Kibbee McCoy was the best, he was very personable and informative in explaining every detail on operating our new Honda CRV. From Lemons to Sour Lemonade Bought a used Nissan that had unknown problems. They replaced struts for me but still had issues. They were able to get me a new car after a week with a new loan. They lied and got a loan in an extreme amount. I could have bought a better car with less miles for the amount my loan is! Here I thought they were helping me but they put me in the hole even more for a "better" car. Ha. I would not recommend this place. More

Mr. McCoy was the best, he was very personable and informative in explaining and setting up all the bells and whistles. We enjoyed our dealing with Morristown Honda and all employees we met.
