Al LaPorta listened to our concerns, talked honestly about choices for us, and sold us a wonderful car for a reasonable price. My adult daughter was trying to help me (her 72year old mother) because I had never purchased a car by myself. I came in with lots of negative baggage from different car buying experiences. I was talked to with honesty and integrity. I felt assured that nothing was being held back from me and that I was given the best available deal. Going above and beyond- Jerry Whitehead / Andy Hicks HC of RH went above and beyond when it came to earning my business. My wife and I have extremely hectic schedules and 2 very young children. HC of RC allowed us to test drive a vehicle with no pressure, and were very understanding when we were not able to work on a deal that same day. Over the next few weeks I was able to work out a great deal through calls and e-mails. Andy and Jerry were very patient when I was going back and forth between trim levels providing their opinions and answering any questions I had. When we agreed on everything the logistics of getting to RC with our trade proved to be difficult. HC of RH ended up sending a driver to our house with all the paperwork to deliver our new vehicle and pick up our trade. It says a lot when the people you do business with understand AND respect your time. Honda Cars of Rock Hill- Steve Morris My wife and I looked for a new CRV two weekends ago and were not ready to buy. After research the following week, we decided to move forward. We brought a trade which we bought from the dealership several years back. Steve Morris was our rep and I discussed a very straightforward approach and that I did not want all of the "drama". The drama actually came from us who could not decide on a color. They were great especially Steve as he listened patiently and tried to help us come to a comfortable decision. I really like this dealership and the people. The only downside was we were there on a Saturday and they were selling so many cars we had to wait about an hour to close. Compliments to the dealership! I suggest you find Steve and the dealership if you wish for a straightforward honest approach. The good news is my wife loves her CRV!!! More

Upon arrival, I met Brad Foust who was very professional and polite. Brad took the time to let me test drive a vehicle and answer all my questions. I only had intentions of looking to educate myself for a purchase in approximately 6 months. However, Brad and team were very genuine and I never felt any pressures. They were very fair on my trade in and was able to agree on a price in just a few minutes. The color I wanted was not available, but they immediately found one from another dealership and had it brought in. After going through an inspection and detailing, Brad filled up the tank and went through all the features again and synced my smart phone with the vehicle. Great experience and will return to do business with Brad again! More
