Jim Scott knows how to put a smile on your face. Long story short, I went to get a Civic Si, which Honda cars of Rock Hill had one of two I found that were new in Charlotte. Within 2 hours of pulling into the dealership, Jim had let me do a test drive for a long enough period of time to ensure I loved the car, financed the car, got it cleaned up, agreed on the price, and did all of the paperwork. I am a very satisfied customer with Jims service and professionalism and humor and will without question be back to see him for my next car. More
