This was the worst experience I have ever had with the service department. Dropped my car off In July of 2021 and did not get it back until January of 2022. They said they could do a front end alignment on my chevy silverado 1500. When I picked it up, it was pulling hard to the right and my steering wheel was off significantly. Brought it back, they lied and sai silverado 1500. When I picked it up, it was pulling hard to the right and my steering wheel was off significantly. Brought it back, they lied and said the test paper was in the garbage when I asked to see it. They did another alignment, this time admitted the printer on the test machine was broken (never had a test paper to throw away). The alignment is still off and they charged me nearly 3x what their sister dealership quoted me. I will never give them my business again. More
