Towed my Sonata with dead engine to your lot. Was told would get to it "middle of next week." My car sat on your lot 2 weeks, nobody looked at it. Called and was told my tech rep went home early. He called me back next day and told me it would be another 2 weeks before they could get around to it! No loaners. A month + behind on repairs and people are going home early on a rotating schedule? Fired Homer and had it towed to Wolfchase. It is my understanding I'm about the 20th car to do so. I will never use Homer Skelton for anything in the future. More
This dealership is great at sales but the majority of the customer service stops there. The majority of the people here are truly wonderful to work with and are great at their jobs! After you purchase a car, however, the finance guy will try to sell you other protection plans then say "you must have a money tree in your backyard" when you don't purchase one. Additionally, the service center will tell you to go by the milage on your car one visit. When you do that the next visit they will tell you that you came in late because you're actually supposed to go by the date and ignore the milage on the sticker. Our car was supposed to have a filter changed at 15,000 miles and they didn't do it or say anything. At 22,500 they mentioned and changed the filter then. More
