Reeves did not follow up to ensure all my services were completed before leaving. I waited two hours for my 75k mile recommended maintenance service and my signal light was not repaired and my sunroof was completed before leaving. The light was on the paperwork to be repaired and it was not. I requested a follow up call back to reschedule the services that were not done and never received it. Reeves was pleasant and attentive to my needs but seemed to be rushing. I have always dealt with Doug and my past experiences have always been great. The other young lady with the glasses was also accommodating after Reeves gave me my paperwork and left maybe for lunch or something. More

My low pressure light kept coming on but the tire was never low & did not need air. I was informed that I had a nail in my tire in a place that not covered under warranty or discount.
