Took my 2013 Hyundai in on Thursday the 6th. Steve, the service mgr. said it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could look at it. Didn't hear anything on Monday. Wife called on Tuesday AM and was tol service mgr. said it would be Monday or Tuesday before they could look at it. Didn't hear anything on Monday. Wife called on Tuesday AM and was told that they had been trying to call us. Neither of our phones had calls from Homer Skelton listed. An anti-knock sensor was all that was needed and they were told to do the job. In the meantime we found out that Steve had quit and left no information about the car. Still, someone should have see the paperwork and called us. Wife left many messages with no return calls. Nothing was done until she physically went there. More

The dealership was great. Our salesman did not go over the features of the car. For example how to use the cruise control.
