Very happy and pleased with Homer Skelton Hyundai and staff I was home recovering from totaling out my car and needed to look for a car. Was not sure who or where. Since I could not get out I searched everyday I was home recovering from totaling out my car and needed to look for a car. Was not sure who or where. Since I could not get out I searched everyday all the dealers in the area. My Daughter had a Hyundai and was very pleased. That was where I started.. I searched each dealer and received a very nice email for very sweet lady Natasha Lyons at Homer Skelton. I had almost made up my mind I was finally able to get out and look. My Son-in-law and I drove up and met by a very nice gentleman, with a very nice smile, a hand shake and how may I help you, his name is Ervin Ellis. I old him what I was looking to get walked us a short distance to the car. We looked and then I drove it and was what I wanted. The color was great. We went into his office and started talking. I told him what I could do, after a few minutes back and forth I signed the papers and took my car home. I am very happy with my car, the Salesman and Homer Shelton. They treat you like family. More

Terrible service department. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and while the sales team is awesome, the service team is not. I have been using them for 3 years and I have I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and while the sales team is awesome, the service team is not. I have been using them for 3 years and I have stopped using them for regular oil changes and such because they always had ridiculous wait times (over 3-4 hours) and when they were able to do it they just makes everything as ok on the inspection. I went in with no wiper fluid and my inspection said all my fluids including wiper was in the green but it was bone dry. They have also told me that deep gashes in my rotor was ok and nothing to be concerned about (it is a safety hazard) and the last time I went in for a warranty claim they said "we treat drove it and didn't hear anything" after I told them that another shop said the cv axle was loose and needed to be fixed. They didn't even take off the tire even when I asked them too because they test drove it and said they didn't need to take off the tire... I don't care if you think everything is OK, if a customer is concerned about an issue and asks you to look into it especially if it is covered under warranty then it at least warrants taking off a tire and making sure there isn't an issue. I am very unhappy with the service department and I will start going to another dealership from now on. It's a shame because their sales department is phenomenal but in 3 years I have had nothing but problems out of service. More
