Proactive dealership After time for thought and initial research I was ready to buy a new car. I have only owned one other car, also a Hyundai Santa Fe and have been so ha After time for thought and initial research I was ready to buy a new car. I have only owned one other car, also a Hyundai Santa Fe and have been so happy with it for 13 years. I had little doubt that this is what I again wanted. This time I was able to afford something with more amenities. I decided that I would communicate initially via email. Natasha and Kamillia were super! They were not intrusive but remained proactive. Despite not having what I was wanting; they made efforts to find it. Even when finding something close to what I wanted, they were able and willing to hit the nail on the head when I asked about another car from the same location. They are the reason why I eventually conducted business with this dealership. No other dealership was close to being this proactive but respectable of my space as they were via email communication. They were timely in response to me with negotiations being efficient. I was pleased with the final price as they were willing to work on non monetary concessions. From my mounds of research, it seemed fair...especially as this car was spot on with my vision of my next car. I appreciate that. My dealings with Josh once at the dealership were smooth...also much appreciated. He was able and willing to answer my questions with no problem. Finally Robin was clear in her explanations to me at final paper signing. She was also helpful in having paperwork emailed to me when I needed it. Thank you to all again for a smooth and pleasant process. Hopefully this Santa Fe will be just as reliable to me as the one I have had for 13 years. More

Great Experince I would definitely recommend. Our salesman was great. Although there was a slight problem the person working the deal forgot to enter some numbers whi I would definitely recommend.
