My experience was very hit or miss. Please see below for de As I mentioned, there was both good and not so good elements to my experience. As for the good : - Natasha and Kamillia were both extremely responsive, patient and helpful. - Cliff was very helpful and enthusiastic as well during the test drives. I would encourage him to be more realistic on how long the closing of the transaction was to take. He would say 10 minutes, it would be 30, etc. It took two hours to get the paperwork signed. - Robin was very efficient and professional, but I still wonder why it would take two hours to get the paperwork together. - David was also very helpful and friendly. - The 75 year old gentleman (Rick Fink) who helped explain the car's features to me was also wonderful to deal with - can't recall his name right now. - Kris True was very good to deal with over the phone. For the not-so-good : - I asked to someone to work someone with other than Tyler. Information was to be provided after my first two visits, but I received no follow up call either time. - Not sure who dropped the ball on this last one, but after my inspection of the car on Wednesday afternoon, three paint chipped areas were noted. These were to be completed Thursday morning so I could pick up the car Thursday afternoon. I got there at 2:30 PM and these touch-ups had not been repaired, nor did anyone have an explanation as to why they were not done. The guy who does that work had already left for the day, so now I have to wait two weeks for these to get done, as I am out of town next Thursday. Also, the gas tank had not been filled, so we had to run to the Shell station to do that as well. Overall, not a very good or professional experience - probably y\he least satisfying of the 8 new cars I have bought in my lifetime. In spite of the above, the car seems wonderful so far - two days in. More
