I would recommend all my friends and family to call Honda in Shreveport Louisiana. Jacob Kilpatrick and Sterling were God sent. Everything I desired those two came through. I needed a bigger car without getting a bigger note. I was on the fence about trading in my HR-V but Johnny made the process smooth and pleasant. He not only found a CR-V that fit my specs but was courteous. He genuinely conveyed interest in showing me the upgrades and Bella and whistles of my new car. After expressing my concerns regarding less follow through with a dealership in helping me with out of state registration after buying the car in my last car buying experience, Johnny reassured me that would not be the case and even worked things with the service department to ensure any concerns I had were addresses. Overall, this was the best car buying experience. I recommend seeing Johnny if you want someone that isn't just trying to sell you a car but rather help you find the car your looking for. More

Maintenance costs are ridiculous. The so called "required" maintenance schedule should not be a one size fits all schedule. This is my 5th Honda. The review sheet with green, yellow, and red columns is a psychological ploy to manipulate the customer into agreeing to authorize work to be done. I am so disappointed with Holmes' new approach and it has caused me some degree of skepticism in what they tell me. The technician was pleasant. She was only the messenger. Unfortunately, I shot her. I traded my 2016 HR-V (approx 6 months old) in for a new 2017 CR-V. The chick took my keys & didn't return them, & had the guys detailing what was still MY car, to put on the lot that day, forcing me to tak 2017 CR-V.
