Brought car in for airbag recall and to get new key fob for car. After service was completed, door locks no longer worked. They worked perfectly fine when I brought the vehicle in. I can honestly say that Katie took excellent care of the scheduled maintenance while D.J. took us to Strawn's and dropped us off for breakfast per our request while Lela set out to find us the perfect upgrade. When we returned, she had done just that! My sister was so excited and truly blessed to become the proud owner of her next Honda CRV. When I tell you that we only test drove the one she expertly chose for us, it's because Lela listened to what we wanted in a vehicle and NAILED IT! She is quite the asset to Holmes Honda. This was the fastest car buying experience either of us have ever experienced and we are both in our 60s! Everything went extremely smooth. She had it detailed and full of gas while my sister completed Allstate insurance coverage with Justin and then moved right into Edward's office for completion of the purchase!
