I visited Holmes honda in my search for a new civic. I also visited three other honda stores, i wont even mention the other stores by name because my experience at holmes honda was EXCEPTIONAL! I was immediately greeted by a Luke Bratlie, who got me information on the civic I was looking for within 5 minutes of me getting there.... the other place didnt even know I was there. He was quick, professional and had a great attitude. It was like this whole store learned what other places do wrong and did the opposite. Holmes does the right thing. Everyone was friendly and smiling, even when we began discussing financing there was none of the ridiculous pressure and cheap closing techniques I ran into at the other stores. Anyway, I give Holmes Honda 5 stars. They understand how to treat todays customer, and I got a new civic at a great price -Nik More
I think Holmes Honda is GREAT! Everyone from the General Manager, Mark Johnson, to the Sales Staff, Finance Department, Service Staff are wonderful. They make purchasing or leasing a vehicle a very easy and pleasant experience. Everyone is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I have purchased and leased several Honda vehicles over the last 10 years. You are greeted promptly when you arrive. Someone always asks if you need assistance. The dealership is clean and inviting. Service has never been a problem and usually my visits are for scheduled maintenance or inspections. I LOVE Holmes Honda and I will always return there to do Honda business/sales. Mark Johnson, the GM, was able to get me set up on a lease program for a new 2010 Accord Coupe. I probably would not have been approved elsewhere for such a low rate. The car I wanted was located and delivered to the dealership in 2 days. The sales presentation by Mr. McCullin was excellent and answered all of my questions about the car. The entire staff seamed to be more knowledgeable than the other Honda dealers that I had been to, who couldn't answer simple questions that every Honda salesman should be able to answer if they were good at their jobs, or cared even a little. I highly recommend Holmes Honda! More
I have been buying new Honda's at Holmes Honda since 1972. Our present family car is a 2009 Honda Pilot which we love but I want to talk about my Honda Ridgeline. I am presently on my 3rd Ridgeline and 1972. Our present family car is a 2009 Honda Pilot which we love but I want to talk about my Honda Ridgeline. I am presently on my 3rd Ridgeline and couldn't be happier. I had always driven a Ford F-150 but when Honda came out with the Ridgeline I was first inline to purchase one. The Ridgeline rides so much smoother and quieter than my F-150. The trunk was a first and it is so handy. My wife and I can go shoping and hide our purchases without anyone knowing. It is also great for hauling my tools during the week. Our experience at Holmes Honda has always been a pleasant one. The staff is friendly and the dealership is always clean and the amenities that are offered during your wait are great from the computers to work on are the Ice Cream that is offered. Next month I plan to purchase a Honda Element SC and then we will be a three truck Honda family. More
Walking into the dealership I was greeted with a smile offered water and asked if I needed help that really impressed me. I didn't purchase a car that day but I kept coming to see if the customer service offered water and asked if I needed help that really impressed me. Let me talk about Steve my salesman always greeted with a smile such a great person to work with because of his outgoing personality, he wanted to make sure I was a satisfied client instead of take this and go that I felt at other dealerships. Then he introduced me to Derrick the Sales Manager and he was also nice and he wanted to make sure that I would get a car that I would love to drive and also affordable these two guys worked hard and Steve would called to say hello and follow up. On the eight visit I finally decided with prayful consideration that it was time to trade the 2003 Chey Cavalier and upgrade to a 2010 Honda Civic. The rating that I gave was because of the first impression that I experienced and the last impression I recieved when the keys were handed over by Steve. More
The service advisors I have dealt with at Holmes have always been very courteous and have explained everything that was needed to be done and what the cost would be. They always explained the importance of why it needed to be done if that was necessary. The waiting area is always clean and they have whatever refreshment you might want while waiting for you vehicle. The one thing that they might consider is if there was a small office cubicle nearby where they could take you to discuss what needs to be done other than what already has been discussed. Something where they have a computer and can bring up on the screen a better description of what needs to be done and visually shows why a particuar problem needs to be done. More
