Holmes Honda has grown their business by giving a straightforward, honest, fair deal on good cars. I just bought a 2011 Accord and can see a lot of improvements (like 37 mpg actual!!) and maybe a co straightforward, honest, fair deal on good cars. The price Holmes gave me on my new Accord was truly outstanding; so low in fact that it wasn’t much different from what I paid in 1999! How do they do that? I got more technology, bigger cabin, way better mpg, more torque and horsepower, for about the same money, after a decade of inflation? Honda wizardry. You hear dealerships say the worn out phrase about how nobody sells cars for less and so on, but you know it is a fact that someone is going to be the actual lowest, and in my years of shopping it has always been Holmes Honda. I shop other dealerships in person, and over the phone and internet, and Holmes Honda beats them all. This is not fluff; I work hard to pit dealership against dealership, trying to get someone to beat Holmes, but it doesn’t happen. Holmes wins every time. The staff at Holmes are the most courteous bunch of professionals you'll ever see; you would think you were buying a Rolls Royce by the way they treat you. They dress in white shirts and ties, and treat you like you really matter to them. They can’t be faking this attitude; it’s too pervasive not to be genuine. No hard sell and none of that "if you buy it right now..." business. They just give you the straight facts plus the area's lowest price on a Honda, and you just won't be treated better anywhere else. My sales agent was Luther Grissom and he’s a sharp guy with a great sense of humor, and he’s helpful without being the least bit pushy. I liked him so well in 1999 that I specifically sought him out when I was looking for my new car. I think he’s committed to memory every feature on every Honda ever made. Just ask him your questions – he’s like the Honda Wikipedia. I should add that his pricing blew me away. Being given huge savings is always a relationship builder. My new Accord was delivered to me 100% spotless and perfect in every way. If I were given the ability to mold a dealership to be 100% to my liking, I honestly don't know I’d make it any different from Holmes Honda. I have recommended them, and one of my friends bought a car from Luther Grissom at Holmes Honda soon after I did. So you see, I mean it: this dealership is as good as I say. Oh yeah; the service department. I've been servicing my Hondas at Holmes for 15 years and though they charge "dealer" labor rates (duhh), their technicians have the skill to do a job in the minimum amount of time, do it exactly right and stand behind their work, and they don’t experiment with random parts replacement like some shops. They’re trained experts and well worth paying for. Overall, it's the most cost effective place to get maintenance work done on a Honda. Holmes Honda gets a grade of “A+”. More

I wouldn't go any where else! I purchased my first car, a prelude, in 1992. Loved it! When I was ready to trade in for a larger car I went to Holmes Honda and other dealerships in town. No one even came close to the deal I was offered at Honda. For the first three car purchases I shopped around, always turned out to be a waiste of time. I have now owned 1 Prelude, 3 accords, 2 Odysseys, 1 Pilot, and now my new Crosstour. I don't even bother to go anywhere else now. Have loved every one of my Hondas! Although I have only had to use the service department for scheduled maintenance, the experience has been great! No problems or complaints what so ever. Service department staff is friendly and they have always provided transportation for me if I needed to leave during service. Robin and Chase in the service dept. have always kept me informed and gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with service. Have nothing but great things to say! Mark Johnson has been a part of all my purchases, Wade Strahan has been my sales person last two sales and they are both awesome! Wade even kept looking for a used car for my kid until he finally found the perfect car. Believe me, he did it only for customer satisfaction because I wasn't willing to pay much for my kids first car! More

Starting with Robin Peters service ad visor, Zack Parnell our salesman, Cory French in accounting , to Darryl Oliver Whom I consider the very best service manager in north Louisiana. And Theirs not enough I can say about Mark Johnson the best general manager period!!!!! I guess Zack said it best, (He said I really like it here at Holmes Honda This is my life) With those kinds of attitudes where can you go wrong!!! You will not go wrong dealing with Holmes Honda. That's a Promise!!!! More

More impressive was the fair offer made which matched amount I was hoping for after doing my research. NO add on charges pushed on us and the next step of financing also went quickly and was handled courteously by Corey French. Again no added charges except for the extended warranty which was not much more than similar warranties offered on the internet.Overall a good experience,a fair deal and a quality car(a 2010 CRV) More
