Awesome Service Department I'm new to the area and a co-worker recommended Holmes Honda to take care of the maintenance on my Honda Pilot. I used their website to make a reserva I'm new to the area and a co-worker recommended Holmes Honda to take care of the maintenance on my Honda Pilot. I used their website to make a reservation and the next day a friendly employee by the name of Paige called to confirm. When I arrived at the dealership they were busy but a very nice gentlemen greeted me and made me feel at home. Soon after my service advisor Tonya came to meet me and got my vehicle right in. I expected to be there an hour or more considering how busy they were, but was blown away when Tonya alerted me my car was ready 30 minutes later. I've owned Lexus vehicles in the past and didn't get this kind of service. It's nice to know there's a great Honda dealership in Shreveport, La. Keep up the great work. More

Best experience I had made an appt to speak to a sales rep on May 30 '15. That's when I met Karen Barnes. We talked for a few minutes so she could get an idea of what I was looking for. After I decided which vehicle I was interested in Karen went to work on make my dream come true. By June 4th not only did Karen, Jason, Cody & Marissa make it possible for me to drive away in my very first brand new car, in case your interested I'm 46 yrs old. Shhhh don't tell anyone, they took me away from Toyota. I have driven Toyota vehicles since I was 17 yrs old. That's 29 yrs of dedication! These people at Holmes Honda are amazing. Superb Service Experience I had an issue with my low tire pressure light coming on and off and went to the service department after work about an hour before they were closing. I had an issue with my low tire pressure light coming on and off and went to the service department after work about an hour before they were closing. I did not have an appointment and was greeted immediately. After discussing my issue my service advisor, Perry Parker, had a technician immediately inspect all the tires on the vehicle within the first 20 minutes of my visit. Following the vehicle inspection the technician discovered a nail in one of the tires and repaired it for no charge whatsoever. Mr. Parker went above and beyond to make sure my issue was solved and my experience was enjoyable. I would highly recommend Holmes Honda to anyone for their service needs. More

They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfe I have a very busy schedule and when I brought my car in for it's annual inspection and it took longer than they original thought it would due to the I have a very busy schedule and when I brought my car in for it's annual inspection and it took longer than they original thought it would due to the MAF needing to be replaced they got me a rental car no charge! More
