Don't go anywhere else for an Infiniti I HATE buying cars. So, when my husband mentioned we were ready for a new car, I got that sweaty palms, heart-racing feeling. And then I spoke to Mike Cipolla at Lauderdale Infiniti. No haggling, no pushiness, just a fair price the first time I asked for it. I called two other dealers, and they couldn't come close to his price, plus I experienced that oily salesperson speak that assumed because I was a woman I would only worry about the color of the car. I was worried that once I arrived at the dealership I would be hit with disappointment- surely this couldn't be so easy, right? There we met Jay Rellis, and he put all my fears to rest. Everything went super smoothly, I never felt pressured, never felt cheated on. I won't buy any other car unless it's with them. Come to think of it, I'm not sure I hate buying cars after all. More

Terrible Used Card Buying Experience This was the worst car buying experience I have dealt with to date. The whole transaction felt like it was sketchy and I was constantly being hit wit This was the worst car buying experience I have dealt with to date. The whole transaction felt like it was sketchy and I was constantly being hit with something. The price of the trade in has changed three times, from high to get me in the door, to low once I got there. After a car inspection, I noticed that the tires had a chunk missing out of them which I was assured was safe. There was no remediation being offered and all of a sudden I was faced with a document to sign about accepting the shape of the tires. At the end of the day, I would not recommend anyone going to this dealership. More
