I knew my lease was coming to an end and between my neighbor, my wife and myself we have leased a couple cars from this dealership. None being anywhere near the experience I had this last transaction. I emailed Steve, he was in the email ad I recieved. Just through an email he dug into my file, found out the answer to all of my questions offered me the pull ahead program and when u dropped by he introduced me to Jay who is also a class act, patient, listener who helped find the car I am driving today. While I have made several transactions the courtesy, respect and attention I recieved from start to finish made me feel extremely good in my purchase. Thank you Steve and Jay! More
