They emailed me right away and we had some back and forth as to what the best options were. I was looking at the Q50. I mentioned them I was on the fence on the color and we scheduled a time for me to come in. When I pulled up I immediately noticed they had parked both cars and colors right up front to be ready for me to compare. Really touch. I've been in sales for 5+ years, I can tell you it's the little things that matter. I was greeted immediately by Michael and Luigi Maggio when I got out of my car, can't tell you how many times I've wandered around looking for a person to talk to at other dealerships. Once I drove a couple and we made a deal I decided to come back the next day to finish up the paperwork. They knew I had a time crunch and were very accommodating. They went ahead and tinted my windows and the car looked great! Met the service manager Tom, signed paperwork with Abbey and was walked through all the technology in my new car. None being anywhere near the experience I had this last transaction. I emailed Steve, he was in the email ad I recieved. Just through an email he dug into my file, found out the answer to all of my questions offered me the pull ahead program and when u dropped by he introduced me to Jay who is also a class act, patient, listener who helped find the car I am driving today. While I have made several transactions the courtesy, respect and attention I recieved from start to finish made me feel extremely good in my purchase. Thank you Steve and Jay! More
