I purchased a 2020 Vantage last December from Holman Ft. Lauderdale, with 5900 miles and a Timeless Warranty. Last week I had it appraised and it turns out the entire car had been repainted prior to my purchase. While the appraiser said it was a very good job, it had twice the thickness of factory paint and had several tape and overspray areas. When I called Holman, they basically told me it was not their problem and I should take it up with Carfax. They were less than pleasant, and I honestly was not expecting that from a luxury car dealer that had supposedly Certified the car and thoroughly inspected it prior to selling it to me. I have purchased over 80 cars in my lifetime and have never been totally dismissed as I was today. If anyone is in the market for a car I would highly recommend a different Aston Martin dealer.
Spoke to a salesman Tanner from sister Company in Missouri said that car was available and feel free to check vehicle. I drove 3.5 hours in this horrendous weather. I was endorsed to another salesman James. While I was inspecting the vehicle another salesman Kyle approach James claiming his buyer just made a deposit. I was ready to make a deal. But he said I was too late. Spoke to the manager and claimed that they are waiting for the wire transfer from buyer. It was just a bad business practice . They don’t have respect for other people’s time and giving false hope.
The General Sales Manager, Mr. Ralph Avila, is very quick to let you know if you’re not ultra-rich, he doesn’t want your business. For Mr. Avilla, a 3k-10k down payment is not the client he wants to deal with, and I’m better off going to Honda since that’s also demeaning and insulting by Mr. Avila. Mr. Avila should control himself and his insults to us hard-working people even though he doesn’t think 3k or 10k is a lot of money, but for the rest of us, that’s a lot of money. Maybe he should humble himself and be a sales manager at Honda because if you drive a Honda, that’s beneath him. He was also very quick to let me know he would suppress this post.

Since the moment I arrived. Tatiana was beyond amazing. Kind, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the maintenance process. Provided clear facts and detailed the results once the car was completed. Vehicle was washed and to be honest. I just want to deal with Tatiana S moving forward. What an asset Holman has. Holman is the best experience than any other dealership. By a MILE. Period.
Typical bait and switch. Gave me the lease payment and then asked for my drivers license and pulled credit report. Then they called the next day and said the payment was $2000 dollars a month higher but they would as a “courtesy” do it for around $1000 extra. Told me there was a “computer glitch”. Stay far away from these guys. Shady af
