I told him what I was looking for and was interested in trading in my car. He wasted no time having my car reviewed while we test drove a new Q50. Henry answered all of my questions, understood my concerns, and educated me on many of the finer points of the car. It was clear he knew his product. The price quoted was well below that of what I found online. The key point I need to emphasize here- Henry was not pushy or demanding. No hard sales pitch.
