They try to make the customers feel guilty and do not respect loyalty or return customers. However the actual sales reps are some of the nicest people you will meet. My only issue with this new lease was the sales managers and their disrespectful behavior. Overall I would recommend this place as the service people are always a pleasure and the sales reps who were not managers were absolutely incredible. More
