However, if it had really bothered me I would have called him and I'm sure they would have been happy to fill it up. I really appreciated that he sent me the invoice and I could pay online. Inexpereinced, All about the money. I liked the car, but sales rep was very slick and unprofessional. Contracted himself several times in things he can or cannot offer. I communicated days in advance of shipment date and when the tow company will be there to pick up. Even gave a curtsey call 30 mins before to ensure the gas was drained and all the documents were printed. Yet nothing was done to the car, and tow company had to wait over 30 mins to get this done which increased the cost of tow. This experience has been on the of worst experiences in purchasing a car where I felt like just another transaction noting special and no wiggle room. They could not deliver on any of the small requests to help make this sale a memorable and comfortable one. More
