Not sure if they have the ability to be honest. My wife and I were looking for a fair deal on a used Honda Civic that we found at Lauderdale Infinite through Autotrader. We drove the car and really My wife and I were looking for a fair deal on a used Honda Civic that we found at Lauderdale Infinite through Autotrader. We drove the car and really liked it, but it had two cracks in the windshield (one of which was already spidering). Val and Ed were both nice guys, but neither one of them seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. I told them what I was willing to pay for the car after the windshield was replaced. We even agreed on a price and that they would fix the windshield. When I proceeded to figure out the details of getting the windshield fixed, Ed went to talk to the manager about it. Ed came back and informed me that they no longer would agree to fix the windshield (even though they had already agreed to do so). Both Ed and Val tried to convince me throughout the process (before and after we had agreed on a price) that my insurance would "have to fix the windshield." Stating that "was a Florida law." What they failed to realize or communicate is that they were both continuously encouraging me to actually break the law and commit insurance fraud by reporting a claim for a pre-existing condition on the car. The manager apparently supported them in their statements. This was truly a disappointment. In addition, Ed and Val were both giving me incorrect information when it came to the registration and license fee that the dealership charges. At first, Val told me that it would be no more than $400, probably less than that. Then Ed told me $450. They eventually gave me a final price, but with all of the dishonesty during my visit, I don't even remember what the final amount was. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. During my visit, it felt like the salesman were totally fine with being dishonest and would say just about anything to get me to sign. In addition, the managers were absolutely no help in the process. More

"Rattle" sound in driver side door. Check-in and check-out were uneventful and smooth. Staff were courteous and prompt. Time expectations for servicing my car were met or exceeded. What blew me away was a text I received from the actual tech. looking at my vehicle. The text was a compilation of video/audio clips with him showing me various aspects of the issue as well as other safety checks for the car for my information. The video was comprehensive yet very concise and highly informative. I have never seen this done before - anywhere! I have owned Mercedes and Jaguars before this car. I thought the service treatment there was superior - until now. The genius of the video compilation sent hours before my pick-up lets me get fully briefed on the car at my convenience in a concise yet detailed manner. In contrast, I never realized how stressful it is to make it into Mercedes or Jaguar service after a long day at work racing to make it before closing hours at the dealership. Then, praying that my service advisor was present and not with another customer so that I can get de-briefed on my car's latest condition and get home. I don't know who came up with the idea of doing the vehicle check with a cell video w/ narration by the tech - which can then be texted to the owner long before pick-up....BUT THAT IS GENIUS! They should get some kind of major award or something. Why the other luxury car brands aren't doing this is crazy. The video/audio compilation is one of the best ideas I have every seen - VERY IMPRESSIVE! Keep it up, Jeff More
Honest repair work I took my aging G37 back to this dealership, due to a disturbing noise it was making. It turns out a bolt was loose from a previous repair they completed in May. They took full responsibility for the issue, and fixed it while I waited. Many other shady places in South Florida might have tried to exploit the situation and charge me for something unnecessary. This was Not the case here, which is why I will continue to return.
